When it's all over..

When it's all over, I will come home, maa, Will sleep cozily on your lap, whole day, Without a worry in the wide world, Like I was born yesterday, When it's all over, I will sit down with you dad, We will have some grown up chats, About getting through the hardship, Then we will raise a toast to our, Newfound relationship, When it's all over, I will buy you that phone, kiddo, Which you always wanted, But first, you gotta promise me that, You will not take this life for granted, And work hard, be a decent man, Read as many books as you can, When it's all over, We will finally take that road trip, guys, Which we always planned, But never really went, Now, I am ready to have, on my car, Some beautiful dents, When it's all over, I will buy you some flowers, my love, We will walk under the blue sky, Lazily gazing clouds, Then I will hold your hands, And promise to grow old together, We will ride the tides, Through each and every weather, W...

Companions

It's been so long Since I cried last time.. Miss my tears, My companions of dark times.. Miss my choked voice, And running nose, Swollen eyes, And letting it all go, The cup of my rage, Is now about to overflow, Enough is enough now, Carrying around the charade, Like A jolly Joe, I just Don't know, What my mind really fears, Why is it so desperate, To lock away it's tears? Guess, it realised, Hardly anyone cares, Most of them celebrate, Pillaging of the heartland, Of my happiness, All I am left with, My broken spears, I can't fight anymore, With blunt arrow heads, It's okay to let it all flow, And find momentary solace... Someone, Please break my heart, Push me way beyond the precipice, Reunite me, With my companions of dark times, It's been a while, Since I have cried last time.. :) - The.Crazy.Philosopher Dedicated to the hard times in our lives which improve us as a human being.

Moonlight

We were sitting up there, On one of the thousands of steps, Far from the chaos, of the cityscapes, As the sky turned dusk blue, And the moon was rising, We found ourselves lost, In silence of the evening.. 'The wall' stared at us, with the poise of a monk, Like it was waiting for us, For centuries long, Its grandiosity, Was simply awe inspiring, And We could feel in the breeze, Its benevolent blessings... We were talking it all out, Like some long lost friends, Shared with each other, Our dreams and dreads, Suddenly a firefly, Revealed itself to us, But I didn't mind its Eavesdropping on us.. I felt an unsual calm, In my tumultuous mind, It stored that moment, To play endlessly on rewind, It knows it clear, That we might never meet again, But we had a piece of each other  Which we were talking back as a souvenir! - The.Lazy.Philosopher Dedicated to the great wall of China .

LOST PEARLS

Image
Source: toistudent.timesofindia.indiatimes.com  Those  laughs and giggles, we cherished, fears of failure, we had to overcome, in those moments of bewilderment, we had each others back, yet, I failed to realise, that so frail were the, promises we made, to stay friends 'forever' , and eventually, we would part our ways, and conversations would get rarer.... Now , all of it seems like, a naive dream, all that's left inside me, are now silent screams, never could have imagined, the journey would come, to such a unspoken conclusion, the time would demystify, our pretty little delusion.... I guess ,  this is how 'the life' works , I can finally see now, evilness in the Time's smirk, so naive was I, thinking this could be fixed, the gap could be bridged, the walls would have windows, and affection would be freely endowed... Little ...

The Mysterious Stranger

Image
Girl with a Yellow Umbrella by Daniel Xiao Why do I care so much About that mysterious stranger? Dying to get a glimpse of her, To see that fabulous smile, To listen to that melodious voice, And my heart's wish, To Never to let her go.. Am I going crazy? Or is it just my heart? Who runs like a child Towards a cotton candy; Or dances like a peacock, in the first rain; Or flowing like a river, Into the vast ocean of, Bewilderment.. The pain It feels, Is more real than, It's very own existence Dying to greet, Its mysterious stranger... - The.Lazy.Philosopher
